MJ is an activist, advocate, consultant, and international psychology professional providing education and training to individuals and organizations on restorative culture, and justice in efforts to combat racism within systems and self, through a holistic lens.
MJ Consulting is an agency dedicated to dismantling culturally outdated tools and assessments and its social impact on families by mitigating the challenging within the child welfare system through a socially progressive and culturally respectful lens. We do this through education, advocacy, partnership and direct services.
How We Do This
Through the lens of Cultural and Social Responsibility, we provide services that combat systematic racism within the child welfare and Juvenile Delinquency structures.
